Thomas Lister Ltd are delighted to be supporting Homes England in relation to the disposal of a Local Centre site at Tutbury Road, Burton-Upon-Trent, with the first stage of the process being the undertaking of Soft Market Testing.
The site benefits from outline planning consent for up to 650sqm of space within Use Classes E (a, b, c, e, f, g(i)) and forms part of a wider development which will deliver 500 homes as well as specialist accommodation for the elderly. The first phase of the wider site is currently being delivered by David Wilson Homes, who will also provide servicing infrastructure for the Local Centre.
