Thomas Lister Creates New Apprentice Chartered Surveyor Role

Thomas Lister is continuing its growth with the recruitment of an Apprentice Chartered Surveyor, creating an exciting opportunity for a young person to begin a professional career in the property industry.

Based in Bromsgrove, Thomas Lister provides valuation, development and property consultancy advice to clients across the UK. The new role reflects the firm’s continued growth and its commitment to developing future talent within the surveying profession.

The successful candidate will undertake a five-year Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with Birmingham City University, combining academic study with practical experience across a wide range of valuation, development and property projects. The apprenticeship will lead towards Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) status.
