Project Details

Telford Station Quarter relates to the major gateway regeneration site, stretching from Telford Central railway station through to Telford’s town centre.  The project relates to clearance of unsustainable and outdated office buildings,  implementation of a large-scale enabling works package and subsequent delivery of high quality, sustainable homes, business, leisure, and retail space, a high-tech digital skills and enterprise hub (The Quad), new public spaces and improved connectivity between Telford Central and Telford town centre

Our Approach

Thomas Lister instructions commenced with the preparation of a successful Towns Fund business case, the provision of valuation advice in support of title cleansing, an FVA report in support of s.106 negotiations through the planning process and successful marketing of the serviced office space floor within the Quad building.

Results

The project is progressing, with the elements now complete including the Quad which opened in September 2024, work is underway to transform the former Addenbrooke House Council offices into a new sixth form centre for Telford College, 189 new homes are being developed.
