Disposing of the site via Homes England’s DPS system, our work involved:

• Soft Market Testing with housing developers
• The preparation of Expression of Interest and Invitation to Tender documentation
• Responses to clarification questions raised during the disposal process
• Technical review of submissions received
• Preparation of a Franking Valuation and Heads of Terms to support the disposal to the preferred bidder, whilst also recommending a proposed under-bidder.

Support to the contracting process, including advising on the Agreement for Lease with the preferred developer.
