Production of Full Business Cases relating to projects being delivered through the Nuneaton Town Deal. In total, four Business Cases were prepared which confirmed the requirement for a total of £23.2m from the Towns Fund. The projects ranged from the acquisition of properties to deliver new community spaces through to the residential-led redevelopment of a key gateway site within the town centre, the delivery of a new Digital Skills and Innovation Centre and the improvement of an existing cultural facility within the town.
Thomas Lister acted as the lead consultant in the development of the full business cases and worked closely with the client to ensure that the production met programme requirements. Our role also involved leading a a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants to support the production of the business cases – including economic, cost and design inputs.
Thomas Lister also produced Red Book Valuations to support the projects.
All Business Cases were then subject to review via the Town Deal Board and any clarifications raised were responded to and resolved in order to allow the projects to proceed.
Successful production of four business cases that helped to unlock Town Deal funding for significant town centre regeneration projects, which are now in various stages of delivery.
