Thomas Lister acted as the lead consultant in the development of the full business cases and worked closely with the client to ensure that the production met programme requirements. Our role also involved leading a a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants to support the production of the business cases – including economic, cost and design inputs.
Thomas Lister also produced Red Book Valuations to support the projects.
All Business Cases were then subject to review via the Town Deal Board and any clarifications raised were responded to and resolved in order to allow the projects to proceed.
