A fantastic milestone for us this past week as we officially welcomed our very first apprentice, Grace French, to the Thomas Lister team!
We’ve always taken a keen interest in supporting the next generation of surveyors, through the recruitment and development of graduates undertaking their APC. We are delighted to now be opening up a new pathway through our apprenticeship programme.
Grace will be undertaking the Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship – BSc (Hons) at Birmingham City University (BCU), gaining valuable practical experience alongside her academic studies. We are excited to support Grace as she begins her career and works towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
We are confident Grace will bring fresh energy and enthusiasm to our growing team, and we are all looking forward to seeing her develop over the coming years.
Welcome to the team, Grace!
