Reports can be provided as stand alone advice in the form of “Red Book Valuations” issued to clients considering whether to acquire or dispose of land and/or property or invest in a development project.

Valuation advice may also be provided as part of a wider development consultancy role being incorporated into development appraisal and financial viability analysis for example on vacant and/or derelict sites and for completed schemes of development, including rental and capital value analysis on behalf of a potential developer investor/funder in a project.
