Invariably, some of the larger, more complex development projects acquire input from teams of professionals from various disciplines, including lawyers, engineers, planners and environmental specialists.

Given the nature of work in which the practice are principally experienced, there is practical familiarity working with multi-disciplined teams, writing project briefs, employing teams of professionals and co-ordination and management of projects – from assembling the professional team to commencement of works on site, through to implementation to practical completion of the project.

The delivery of major projects can often be by way of various mechanisms and the practice are experienced with differing methods of project delivery including direct development, joint ventures or disposal to third parties by way of development agreement.
