The practice have considerable experience in undertaking disposals of major assets on behalf of clients, including provision of marketing advice and implementation of marketing strategies.

With regard to acquisition work, the public sector must complete due diligence procedures involving valuation, site and legal investigations and scheme appraisal. The practice have co-ordinated and undertaken various elements of this process on a wide variety of projects, often within stringent timescales, to enable programmes of acquisitions and disposals to proceed within budget and on time.
