Tony qualified as an Associate Member of the RICS in 1989 and joined Thomas Lister from GVA Grimley with whom he had been employed for 14 years. During this time he obtained a wealth of experience in development, valuation, compulsory purchase and strategic property consultancy matters.

Tony has acted on behalf of both public and private sector clients on a variety of major projects including large mixed use projects throughout the country. Through these projects Tony has developed skills in investment and development appraisal, option appraisal and analysis, strategy evaluation and assessment and valuation including specialist and statutory valuations. Tony is therefore familiar in recognising the differing needs of public and private sector clients and in identifying solutions best suited to match client’s requirements.  Tony has also spent time on secondment to Advantage West Midlands at various times over the last three years.
