Rachel Lister

Rachel is a Chartered Surveyor and also a founding partner of Thomas Lister, with her experience in property development and regeneration grown out of a direct involvement with the public sector agencies.

Rachel worked at English Partnerships and East Midlands Development Agency for five years and has excellent knowledge and experience of delivering large development projects, public sector funding programmes and in providing advice and development. Rachel has provided development advice to a number of major clients including English Partnerships in relation to the appraisal of Priority Sites schemes throughout the country and has also provided consultancy advice in relation to a number of major regeneration projects such as the new Urban Regeneration Companies initiative.  Rachel has also spent time on secondment to Advantage West Midlands at various times over the last three years.
