Chris qualified as an Associate Member of the RICS in 1988 and was one of the founding partners to set up Thomas Lister. With regard to practical experience, Chris’s main area of expertise relates to large regeneration projects, he has provided development advice to major public and private sector clients for the last 12 years.

Since the advent of the Regional Development Agencies (RDA’s) in 1999, Chris has provided advice nationally to various RDA’s as well as English Partnerships on a number of major projects. Chris therefore has gained a depth of practical experience on major regeneration projects including large mixed use schemes, joint venture agreements, land assembly, planning issues, highway agreements, development and option appraisal, reclamation, site marketing and disposal. Chris also has experience working with and leading multi-disciplined professional teams.
