Prior to joining Thomas Lister in 2006, Andrew was employed by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council as Acting Group Manager responsible for the Special Projects Acquisitions and Disposals Team, Development Team and the Estates Management Team.

Andrew was directly responsible for ensuring delivery of estate management and capital receipt targets, which depended upon a number of key projects which he also managed.

Since joining Thomas Lister, Andrew has been involved in various projects including the appraisal of projects for Public Sector Funding, the delivery of both residential and commercial developments, the provision of compulsory purchase advice, preparation of Red Book valuations and a number of market assessments.
