Our skills and experience in relation to Planning covers a wide range of issues, including the full range of activity from advice on strategic development proposals, including urban extensions, coordinating a team to support the submission of a planning application, through the preparation of Site Specific Development Briefs, undertaking viability appraisals to support masterplanning proposals, planning application submissions and Section 106 Agreements, negotiating Section 106 Agreements on behalf of applicants, and the preparation and submission of Planning Appeals.
