South Somerset District Council seek a Developer Partner to deliver a mixed use town centre scheme in Chard forming an initial phase of the wider regeneration of Chard.

The scheme will include the renovation of the Grade II Listed Boden Mill and the provision of uses likely to include Retail, Residential, Leisure and wider Employment elements as well as high quality Public Realm within a site of circa. 1.13 hectares.
